At GSC we are solely focused on property damage restoration to residential, commercial, and multifamily properties. Our projects can range from a residential water loss to a manufacturing facility fire to an apartment building with 40 damaged units. The range of our projects is extremely wide, however our processes for each are very similar. We manage expectations for both our clients and the insurance company to ensure a successful restoration project. GSC has built a strong reputation in the Seattle market with insurance adjusters both local and out of state, property managers, brokers, and capital groups by turning out a consistent product and customer experience. GSC is relied on for the administrative management of insurance claims as much as the construction aspect. We are known for producing highly detailed estimates that give a clear picture of the project costs while also identifying the critical path from the date of loss through completion. Knowing how to work with insurance companies in a collaborative manner makes the process better for our clients, our team, and the adjusters. 

The restoration industry is very fast paced. We move quickly to scope, write, and submit an estimate to your insurance carrier for approval after you have sustained a loss. At the same time our team is developing the preliminary schedules and identifying the critical path from start to finish. This process is condensed due to the limited time available to ensure we get through the pre-construction phase in a quick and efficient manner. Property damage is often stressful and can be overwhelming, we take the burden of this off our client’s shoulders and work directly with the insurance company. We handle all phases of construction from initial demolition, engineering and permitting, to the final clean and hand over of keys. We tailor our approach based on our clients’ specific needs. Since our clients can range from a senior who has owed their home for 40 years to a commercial property ownership group, having a one size fits all approach does not work.
